Welcome to my blog! I'm thrilled to have you here. My name is Adrian, and I'm a DevOps engineer and full stack developer with a deep passion for technology. This blog is my space to share my journey, experiences, and expertise in various technical fields.

From an early age, I have been captivated by the endless opportunities brought by the advancement of technology. As a professional, I strive to innovate and streamline processes through DevOps practices and full-stack development. But my life is not all about code and servers. In my free time, you will find me immersed in the virtual worlds of MMORPGs, lost in the rhythm of music, or enjoying the thrill of horror movies.

My Journey into Information Technology

As of today, my focus within IT is DevOps. I'm passionate about automating processing, such as deploying web apps, virtual machines, and even small functions like creating a script. This drive to automate extends to security as well.

Last year, I completed my Master's degree in Information Security. My studies have shown me the importance of securing data and automating security practices.

Manual checks are crucial, but automation can significantly enhance security posture. I tackled this concept in my capstone project, which I'd love to share in more detail in a future blog post!

Passion for Programming and Automation

My programming expertise lies in Python, Bash scripting, and leveraging Azure DevOps for optimized development processes. Recently, I showcased my skills by building a portfolio website using the Django-framework Django-Portfolio.

On the automation front, my capstone project involved building an audit log system.  This system tracks user activity on the server terminal,  providing a valuable record of changes made, even for actions performed directly on the server.

When I'm Not Coding

When I'm not busy in the world of technology, I find myself drawn to immersive experiences of a different kind. Video games, particularly  MMORPGs, adventure titles, action games, and even the occasional horror title (despite giving me a healthy dose of chills!) provide a welcome escape. Similarly, horror movies offer a thrilling blend of suspense and adrenaline.

On the soundtrack to my life, you'll often find classic tunes playing in the background. These familiar favorites create a positive and productive atmosphere, keeping me energized and focused while I work.
